Grilled Chicken with Dijon and Molasses Marinade
Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 7:58AM 2 Tbsp Molasses; 4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard; 1 Tbsp Olive Oil; ¼ Tsp Pepper; 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 3.5 oz each; Mix Honey, Dijon, olive oil and pepper together. Take ½ sauce and marinade chicken for up to 2 hours. Grill chicken until done. Heat remaining marinade in saucepan and pour over grilled chicken. Note: You can also grill the chicken, basting as it cooks, if you do not have time to marinade. Servings: 4 Calories per Serving: Approx. 226 Recipe by Carol Dali
