4 Salmon fillets 3 oz each ½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbsp Pure Honey 1 Tsp Sesame Oil ½ Tsp minced fresh ginger (or ground)
Mix vinegar, honey, oil and ginger. Add salmon. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes, turning once. Remove salmon and discard marinade. Grill 4 to 6 minutes per side (until easily flakes apart with a fork). Options: Can add green onions, parsley or cilantro to marinade. Note: I use a grill pan on the stove and lightly coat with olive oil to prevent sticking.
